Winchester Works will support technology and life science uses, and with existing tenants, Transact Campus, Inc. and BankMobile, the building will become part of New Haven’s collaborative technology and biotechnology ecosystem. New tenant and biotech company Halda Therapeutics, will occupy 9,800 SF of laboratory and office space. Winchester Works is looking to lease the remaining 90,000 SF of space.

A Historic Renovation

A major renovation is currently underway to transform this landmark site into a state-of-the-art R&D/laboratory facility. New amenities and structural improvements are being made to accommodate lab use and support a Class-A headquarters.
