Job Description

As a Real Estate Development Intern, you will work closely with our dynamic team and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of real estate development, from planning and design to asset management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in market research and analysis

• Support project management teams in coordinating developments

• Engage in community outreach initiatives

• Contribute to sustainable design discussions

• Attend planning and zoning meetings

• Prepare presentation materials for stakeholder meetings

• Assist with financial analysis and budgeting

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Real Estate, Business, Architecture, or related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication abilities

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• A strong interest in sustainable, transformative development

• Basic understanding of financial metrics used in real estate development
